Now, the reason this whole conversation even happened was that there's a rumor going around that I'm "in a relationship" with a female friend of mine. Untrue. Yes, she's hot

the peanut gallery gives you a round of applause! ...and I know you're not lesbo, probably more than anyone else. I've known you your whole life. And yes, I've had people spread the same type of rumors about me. Just shoot them down, and ignore it. It worked for me.

See that's the thing. The rumors don't bother me. Whatever, they're not true. Not my problem. It's the concept that anyone but me has any power whatsoever over my sexual orientation that really gets me going. That's ridiculous. And don't say "lesbo." (I know you were just quoting, but still) It's offensive.

I too, get a fair share of the lesbian comments. It's been a while since any of them have got a rise out of me.
