How's everyone been? Everyone is well here, so hopefully we can start having some summer fun! Wow, its been Africa-hot outside lately. I hide inside with the airconditioning when that happens!
This weekend I'm going to see Metallica on their Summer Sanitarium Tour w/Limp Biscuit, Linkin Park (hump hump)the Deftones and Mudvayne. Gotta goto Kazaa and coughsharefilescough to see if I can edumicate myself! (don't know much about Mudvayne or Deftones). Anywho, I couldn't be anymore psyched about this concert. Mr. Cheap, a.k.a. my husband said we "couldn't afford it" and declined to go to the concert. My best friend Dev, bought two tickets for my B-day, so her and I are going together. I really wish my husband would've just bit the bullet, charged the tickets and all 3 of us were going. He's already regretting his decision. haha That's what you get, you can't put a price on happiness! Maybe if he's good, lol, I'll by him a t-shirt? lmao
Yesterday, Keith and cleaned our BALLS OFF! Well, actually, we just cleaned the house, but damn!!! I'm glad that's over....or is it? yeah, more laundry today, but its all good.
Have a good laugh on me: Last night I figured it'd be a good idea if I used some self tanner before going to the concert, since its not Marilyn Manson I'm seeing, therefore the pale goth look would be lost on my fellow concert goers. Exfoliated, shaved, the whole 9. How did it turn out? Well, while I was trying to apply the self-tanner, the baby climbed OVER the gate for the first time (he's 18mos) and climbed up the stairs and decided it would be a great time to plunge the toilet. Now I can't grab him because I've got the lotion all over my hands! So my husband comes and gets him. My daughter kept pointing at my boob and going (aiming for nip)what's that mommy? I want those! So I'm trying not to pee my pants, while I'm trying not to have my nip grabbed by Deidre. And the fan is blowing on me the whole time. YEAAAAAAAHHHH! Honestly for the most part, it turned out well, but I have this big brown streak on my shin. I'm gonna reapply a couple of days before anyway, but damn. Now I can tell my friend Karin who is always saying, why don't you use the self tanner....? Its easy, it turns out great, blah blah blah. Because I have 4 kids. Is that a good enough answer? Anycrap, hope ya'll have a great week!
