Sicky Puppy
Tonight's concert wasn't. Ogre managed to get sick just in time for tonight's Skinny Puppy concert to be canceled, thus completely blowing my plans for the evening. I'm hoping that the concert will be rescheduled at the end of the tour, but I refuse to get my hopes up. Instead, I went to see Saw (see-saw) in the theatre. As my knowledge of the movie consisted mainly of a handful of posters I saw months ago depicting severed body parts, I was expecting a hardcore gore horror flick. The movie was nothing close to that. However, it was really, really, REALLY good. The storyline keeps your attention and there are more than enough twists to keep you wondering what exactly is going on right up to the very end. That's all I'll say about the movie. If you really want to know about it, just go watch it yourself.
Right. So the northeast is still sane. And the far west has miraculously maintained its logic. But what the fuck is up with the rest of the country? I'm seeing an awful lot of red on the online election maps. Actually, I'll tell you what's wrong with the rest of this country. They're not the ones who are going to get the living shit blown out of them if fascism rules America for another four years. Thanks, guys. I'll make sure I'll send all of you hate mail from my biochemical grave.
I suppose it's time for me to start applying for jobs overseas.
