I watched "Capote" last night with Kristin and her mom after we went to the mall. It was a really good movie, really depressing and sad but that made it good. It was about a very famous writter named Truman Capote and his one book titled "In Cold Blood" the book is about the Clutter family from Holcomb, Kansas and their murder on November 15, 1959. The book also mentions the murderers on the Clutter family.

It was a horrible murder, they showed in the movie how they killed the family, and it was so horrible. They showed the fear in the family's faces and the fear in the murderers faces. All the murderers wanted was money from the family, and after killing the entire family all they got was like $50 or $60.
I don't understand why someone would even do such a thing, why would you kill other people just for money, are you that selfish? It's so stupid. The murderers were sentenced to death and were hung. Even that's stupid, capital punishment is the dumbest thing ever. Why would you kill someone in revenge for another persons death? You don't gain anything from it, okay let's say that someone killed your husband or wife and that person gets the death penalty, you don't get anything from it .. all you get is another dead person. Killing the murderer doesn't bring back your loved one. All it does is just kills another person. Ugh, killing and capital punishment are just both really stupid.
Now I have to read his book "In Cold Blood" 'cause it seems really really interesting, even though he had like the worst time ever writting it, I still wanna read it.
