This week is a week of showing myself that there is
self control
I am starting a simple fast. Grains and vegetables and fruits.
I've made one homemade sushi roll for lunch.
Plain Oatmeal with a fresh banana for breakfast.
I've quit smoking and normally at this time of day
it would not bother me, but today i am aching in the chest
but I just can't give in.
My body needs this, because i've fallen into an awful pattern of
unhealthy eating. It's summertime and I sit inside for my job.
Excercise is lacking in my life
and even motivation is hardly there.
I need to want to want again
and I'll start with wanting to be thin.

Dan's daughter Atari and her mom, Sara, moved to Boulder a few weeks ago. We spent the weekend with Atari last weekend. I'm planning on making a bedroom for Atari at our house. I'm picking up the bed today and also a desk with ladybug knobs. I do hope that by August, she'll be coming to stay with us on weekends.

I got a new swimsuit this weekend, and I'm just dying to head to Florida to wear it. I am leaving a week from Thursday. It will be nice to spend time outdoors.

Dan and my two-year anniversary is a week from today.
I keep coming up with different things to do. I'd like to go to Six Flags in Denver, or maybe eat at the Macaroni Grill and go miniature golfing.
I dont know what to get him for the anniversary.
He needs a battery for his watch(lame)
perhaps a nice knife (but i've talked about doing that forever)
something music related (yeah, like i know what i'm talking about to get something cool)

The day is creeping along, and I still have over 5 hours of the workday left and little to do except sit with my feet tucked under my legs to keep my toes warm. There's a nice breeze out, but going for a walk would only urge the pressure to smoke more.
