We are excited to announce dates, rates, & etc. for VividCon 2016!
Who: You, me, your friends, my friends, and a bunch of our fellow vid fans! Whee! (Note: You must be 18 years of age or older by 8/12/2016 in order to attend VividCon.)
What: VIVIDCON 2016!!!
When: August 12-14, 2016
Where: SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago O'Hare
How much: Attending memberships cost $110 through July 1st...and cost $125 if paid after July 1st.
Registration opens: Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 12PM Eastern.

Additional details:
- Club Vivid bar wristbands will be available during registration at a cost of $30 per person for attendees who are age 21+ for the three-hour open bar during Friday night's Club Vivid dance party. Attendees age 18-20 may purchase a special $15 wristband that allows them unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (soda, juice, bottled water, etc.) from the Club Vivid bar. No outside alcohol is permitted in the party area and no one can be served at the bar without a pre-purchased wristband, but regular ice water (in pitchers or water dispensers, with cups provided) will be freely available during Club Vivid as it is throughout the weekend.
- Saturday taco bar lunch tickets will also be available for purchase for $22 per person, advance orders only. They are transferable, if you change your mind at the con and want to sell or give it away to another member.
- Hotel room reservation links will be made available this Spring, after we make it through attending member registration. The room rates this year will be $115/night for King rooms and $126/night for Double rooms. The deadline by which you must book to be guaranteed these rates is July 6, 2016.
Supporting memberships: Will be available for registration some time in March, and we'll announce further details as the time draws closer.
Note that both Attending and Supporting members will have exclusive access to VividCon's vidshow streaming site during the convention weekend and for about a month after the con.
