VividCon 2015 hotel reservations!
Now that attending registration is well underway, I bet you all want someplace to lay your weary heads after all the vid watching and assorted talking, dancing and partying you plan to be doing at the con.

As you will see after you enter your basic requirements, such as dates, number of rooms, and guests/room, our convention room rates are:
$105/night for a King room
$115/night for a 2 Double room
All rooms are suites that contain a sofa that can turn into a bed.

Our convention website's hotel page also features a summary of the amenities, for your convenience. (Hotel room reservation info will be up on the con's hotel web page before the end of the week.)
Please note that the last day to reserve a hotel room at the rates quoted above will be July 6th, which is one month in advance of the con. That is the last date that the hotel has guaranteed to make these rates available to us. If you find that either room type becomes unavailable in advance of that date, please email us asap at vividcon@vividcon.com and I'll inquire about adding additional rooms to our room block.
If you prefer to reserve your room by telephone, the hotel's direct number is 1-773-867-0000. U.S. callers can also use Marriott chain's toll free number: 1-888-236-2427. Be sure to let them know that you are with the VividCon group and reference the rates above.
