Exercise

So I'm going tonight and buying an exercise/balance ball from WalMart. I found one that comes with DVD, ball, pump, etc. for $20. Not too bad. I can't afford the really nice expensive equipment, but the cheap stuff usually works just as well. I have a $70 exercise bike like I really like and use alot

Oh I have one of those, I think the same one LOL! I haven't used it it a while...hmm maybe I should pull it out again.

I like mine! I fooled around for about 10 minutes just checking it out to see if I liked it and I do. It's helpful to my lower back. I have a lot of pinched nerves so having the ball for support helps me do situps and stuff.

And I can walk today! Most days after situps I can barely walk. ;)

Oh that sucks about your back! yeah they are so much fun and really good for you.
Glad you could walk, me not so much, very sore from dance yesterday.
