Dilemma of the Newly Employed
I have been blessed with wonderful, funny, caring and talented friends. Many of them are lucky to be employed in their chosen fields.
For my fellow actors this means that they are performing in shows! Several of them are (or soon will be) opening on Broadway, and many others are performing in theatres scattered around the city.
I want to support their success and go watch them kick ass onstage.... but damn, ticket prices be high, yo.
Even though I now have a job, I have not yet received my first paycheck :( Boo.
I'm going to have to be stingy with my cash for the next 3 or 4 weeks until my checking account recovers from Bohemia. Why did I buy that breadbox? Why???
