(no subject)
Oh em gee!! What the hell did I do before I got a rice cooker!
I cancelled that diddy little found online coz I saw a bigger one for less in the chinese supermarket. Getz! All I do, all I do is sling in however many cups of rice I want, fill it up to the same number on the pot with water. Close it. Flick the switch, and forget it. It's amazing =O It even keeps the rice warm after it's cooked so I can switch it on in the morning and have rice ready for when I get home, green footprint be damned! This is doubly great coz it means I don't have to rely on J to cook rice (I am that way cursed). Bento experimento!
In other news, it's still another 45 mins till I can leave, even though my boss has vanished and she wouldn't really notice if I left a little early anyway. On the other hand all that's waiting for me at home is a nice messy flat for me to clean and a boyfriend who's running off to serve her maj yet again. Oh well, this weekend is the last before some time in Jan so I'll have him to myself for a while! ^.^
Right I'm gonna finish up, surf the lollernet a bit and....dammit, there goes the phone. Who the hell is calling me this late on a Friday?!
