Ladies and gents...
my first ever bento box!!
Ok, here we have:
Top left - teriyaki chicken on skewers on rice
Top right - teriyaki grilled tuna nigiri, hello kitty pot with wasabi and sushi ginger and apple sauce bottle with soy sauce (not shown, little apple's smily face at being able to fulfill it's sauce bottle destiny)
Bottom left - sweet potato tempura and hello kitty pot with tempura sauce
Bottom right - tuna and wasabi mayo onigiri sprinkled with furikake made of nori and wasabi and toasted sesame seeds and wrapped in nori.
=D Pretty sweet huh! J spent most of the morning sending pics to all his friends he thought would get jealous and all afternoon narfing the thing (well, there was an awful lot!). So there we go, I'm making one for me tonight, a little less daring prolly with just some cucumber maki, the rest of the teriyaki chicken and a fruit salad or something. I got a new bento box this morning called "Sheep lube" ^.^ Also got some food picks shaped like animals, the giraffe is frowning. Krist I love all this!!
