Dinner: Marinated pan seared tuna.
Goodness, I'm extremely proud of myself for this one.
My first time cooking fish and tuna at that.
Tuna is extremely hard to get right.
One second too long on the pan and it will be overcooked and overly dry.
I like mine a little bit more on the rare side.
So delish!
