...from POLICE use. Story. I guess he doesn't want his core support to have to be worried about being outgunned. Chicago is the only police department in the area prohibited from carrying assault rifles or shotguns in their cars. They have been very effective at keeping honest citizens disarmed, why not disarm the police as well?
