went to see the Superbowl of Motorsports on Saturday nite with Antichrist and Phatt Matt, original intention being irony but gosh did we have a blast. There was screaming and cars were on fire and I figured 'when in Rome...' and cried out with my fist in my mouth when a truck flipped over and booed the bad guys and cheered faithfully for the little station wagon in the demolition derby and Antichrist tagged the Georgia Dome while we snuck into restricted areas and a 50 year old MARTA employee was singing "Golddigger" thru his megaphone as the crowd was dispersing and the three of us ran full speed shouting "Maximum Destruction!" with our arms extended like airplane wings all the way down the ramp from the top floor and I laughed hard and deep at the circus of it all. I'm totally going again next year.
