yay birthdays
viva mexico! today was a good day to have a birthday =] most of the day, i was trying to get some work done before my last-minute-planned birthday dinner. i got some chem and english done in the morning, but woke up kinda late and conversed with a few people who gave me a ring...so in short, it wasn't as productive as i hoped. but it was nice catching up with some people and really just nice to at least try to study with a friend in her apartment. i picked up the mail slip that i need to retrieve my gift from sam before i went to get ready for dinner. bah, have to wait til monday. anyway, i went to a very delicious dinner at a mediterranean restaurant (first time & quite impressed) in which my friends (including brian, edward, dc, timmy and church buddies) proceeded to sing happy birthday and surprising me with a box of cute-yet-seemingly-too-sweet-ly decorated cookies from mrs. field's. embarrassed to the nth because the place was bustling. we went to watch Garden State at the same friend's apartment that i was studying in earlier today. went home and read up on some chem before writing this quip. i miss writing and hope to catch up with more of you peeps thru the various means of communication we all share. last year of glory, so it should be best shared and celebrated with tomodachi like you! good nite and God bless, payce xoxo
