So on Saturday me my cousin (Alan) and his roommate decided to go down to detroit and try and find a sweet bar and/or high rooftop to watch the game from. Instead around 12:30 we found out that there was a chance that tickets a small number of tickets were still available and might go on sale. So without much more to go on than that, we stood in line for 6 hours. Until finally they opened the ticket booth around 6:30. I was so happy that I got a ticket I ran into the street dropped to my knees and starting screaming with joy in a manner previously only seen in world cup victory celebrations (my I wish I would have been wearing a sports bra). For the next 2 hours or so I was so exicted I was shaking and my eyes watered up on more than once (if you thought bob seger and that giant flag was touching on TV you should have been seen it there). One of the coolest things about the only experience is that everyone that was by us in line (that we had made friends with over the past 6 hours) ended up in the same section. It was great that we got to enjoy the game together, with high fives and big league chew being pass around.
