As the year ends
It doesn't feel like the end of the year, not like Christmas, not like New Years is a little over a week away. Probably because my finals were nothing, the essays killed me, I'm missing people, and we still have practice (but not this weekend, but a jaguar game instead wohow). The weirdest feeling is that I probably will not see dad for awhile. He was always in and out of town, but he is officially not coming home. I cried for a hour when I came to this realization on monday. tear*
On a happier note, I am almost done with all my Christmas shopping. Yesterday I almost finished mom's gifts, just one to go and I'll probably do something from Micheal's. I will try to go today, after I get tortured by the dentist in two and ahalf hours and counting :(
In the end, I looked up first final grades from college. I knew I was on the fence about English, but my grade is still pretty good. I can't write and all my papers were written the night before, so I can't complain. I have Mr. Janzen next semester with some good friends. It will be fun and hopefully I'll do a little better. I'm so happy I survived Acquisition of Knowledge, a.k.a. Philosophy or the weed-out-class for honors students. I turned in my final paper early and it worked out great. My next honors' class is Arts and Humanities, yaya. I need to figure out next semester, at the moment I'm taking 18 credit hours and with NEi and taking French, that doesn't seem like a good idea. I'm thinking about changing majors from business to psychology (it was my minor). I don't know, I hate making decisions, especially when it seems major to my life. Eck, I'll figure it out.
