Current Obsession: Tennis Clothing
Like any other girl, I have my random clothing obsessions. Currently, it's not what you would think from a high school student who mainly buys from those brand name clothing (i.e. American Eagle). My current obsession, tennis clothing. It really began after I started playing tennis again with a couple friends after a few years off from playing the sport. During that time, I played the lighter version of it, badminton. After focusing my attention on tennis and watching the matches that involved Maria Sharapova, I started thinking about buying those cute little outfits. By the way, all these clothes are from Nike, as Maria Sharapova endorses them ^^
One of the cutest tennis tops I have ever seen. During the Wimbledon tournament in 2008, Maria Sharapova wore this when she played, along with the pair of shorts that matched perfectly with it. It's a nice and cute "tuxedo" outfit that was a different from the other tennis fashion trends during that time.
Another great choice for a tennis outfit is to for a dress that flows at the bottom, to avoid constricting fabric around the legs that may restrict players from leg movements. This dress was also worn by Maria Sharapova, of course. It has that nice fancy feel to it, but is suitable for tennis play. Definitely something I would wear ^^ There is also a different dress, same style, but with the colours inverted. Although I prefer this one.
Don't have a picture for this, but one of the cutest cardigans that I have ever seen was the one worn by Roger Federer during this year's Wimbledon. Of course it wasn't worn for playing, but he entered the stadium with it on. Great match with the shorts he wore too ^-^
Yes, I'm addicted to tennis clothing and yes, I prefer those fancier looking tennis clothing. Can you really blame me?
