(no subject)
Yesterday was fun.. I woke up early on my day off and got some errands done. I dropped off my art at Clark Hall and the receptionist acted like she didnt know what to do with it... so yeah, I hope she figures that business out. I bought a new student ID too since my other one got jacked. I have to go take a picture for it in the union Mon. It's poo though cause my other one was so funny... My hair was all up, I had on a DIO tee from 1985, and my smile was caused from laughing [and those look 10x better than fake smiles]... plus it was after the grueling ordeal that is Southeastern's Freshmen Orientation, so the picture totally commemorated the experience. Not to mention the card had $30.00 on it... coffee money! grr. I also got an oil change and car wash yesterday... Kivy is so excited.
So after I got done with all that business, I went to the easter egg hunt we were hosting with the Theta Chi's. Those boys are awesome and it was really fun doing some community service with them. All the kids that came to the easter egg hunt were from the Hammond Boys and Girls Club and they were all black which made the say even more hilarious because they'd be fighting over eggs and yelling phrases like "oh no you didn't"... and I was talking to one of our new members Jessica and she had on these platform sneaker deals with cherries all over em [REALLY cute!]. So one kid comments "she look like an elevata'" and I laughed and looked at her and asked "going up?" and the kid goes "oh dat's COLD"... yeah, guess you had to be there. A whole herd of kids were running after Scott Ploof at one point... needless to say he got nailed pretty good with the eggs... [Stop and picture that]... it was so funny. I think the kids have fun. We were definitely entertained.
So Strawberry festival was last night and I only saw one mullet and two children getting slapped around. Apparently the new trend is airbrushing your name on a sunvisor... we saw three of these. Did I mention I was there at night? Me and Jessi are going to get some visors airbrushed that say "Baby Girl".... who is with us!?
I'll keep you updated on the Strawberry *cough*WT*cough* Festival.
Well I'm going to get ready... Sisterhood is today and all of our new girls are getting big sisters! :D
