why the movie wanted sucked
christ that was a bad movie, and i dont mean that as good bad. i dont know maybe i'm judging this too harshly because i read the comic...maybe not.
here's what i thought about the movie. i'm not going to be an asshole to people who are going to watch it, so i left it spoiler free.
well, the special effects was pretty good, but at times, i think the director was just showing off. the gunplay in this film was very iffy to me. that thing with the curving of the bullet, hahahaha oh fuck, what a joke. i dont know much about guns but if that shit was possible you probably only could curve the bullet at least twice on the same gun, because when you're trying to curve it, the bullet grinds the inside of the barrel leaving it fucked up, the more you do it the less accuracy you get from it. i dont care how bad ass you think you are with a gun, if the gun's barrel is out of wack then you're fucked.
if you watch this movie expecting to get a coherent story...hahah oh shit you just got fooled. this story was sooo badly told it made my head hurt. this shit may fly in russian cinima Mr. Timur Bekmambetov, but not here. i seriously have no idea why universal pictures hired Timur Bekmambetov, i watched night watch, well some of it. i couldnt even finish that crap.
the only thing good that came out of this movie is James McAvoy and Angelina Jolie's ass. haha
ok, i understand they couldnt stay completely faithful to the comic, because it wouldnt translate well into film, but at least use something thing better than curving of the bullet and the loom of destiny for christ sake, it felt like the script was written by the guys who wrote the first punisher movie with dolph lundgren in it...oh i'm sure you remember that debacle.
hmmm, i think i may know why this movie was so bad, take a wild guess on what other movie did the writers of the Wanted movie write...does a little movie called "2 fast 2 furious ring a bell?" hahaha terrible
so what i'm trying to say is, if action movies makes your dick hard, then you'll be cumming before the credits. if not, pass.
if you're going to watch one comic movie this summer, this movie shouldn't be it.
wait july 18th for the dark knight, you won't be let down.
