Well I know I haven't updated this thing in a while, so let me just take a second to say, "my bad." lol Anyway! Things have been relatively busy...actually wait, check that-really busy. lol I missed about 3 or so weeks of school (give or take a few days) because of golf and, as usual, it's been quite the roller coaster ride with about 50 million ups and downs. Ups would include going on golf trips, shooting a round in the 70's...score! (yeah, i'm a loser, so what?), seeing my family for the first time in a month or two, getting a new phone (what what! lol), and getting a tan in the process while my white sister (Lewis) is pasty white :-0 ..lol juuust joking! :-) ..well except for the part about her name being Lewis - that really is true. But yeah...so all that is absolutely amazing. :-)

Downers...I know this really doesn't seem like that big of a deal to you or anyone else that reads this, but I just went back to Parkersburg for the first time since we lost Jessie and I cannot explain how hard it was to be home. Everything reminds me of her. I thought I heard her scratching at the front door once, I still jump out of my bed so I won't step on her when she sleeps beside my bed, I almost tossed some lettuce to her at dinner because she loves lettuce...just a lot of things like that make it tough. That's life I guess. We'll always lose people, animals, things we love.

On a lighter note, I got a new summer job in Parkersburg! ..and I'm actually excited about it...hmm lol But yeah, working at the Parkersburg Country Club. I'll be helping with the junior leagues and clinics; so I get to teach little kids how to golf :-) And I'll also be helping with the women's league because apparently they're kinda tired of having men work with them all the time...sooo that's where I come in. lol So it should be fun ...it's basically the dream job that I wanted for this summer, so how could it go wrong? lol Plus I love the majority of the people there and Scott (the head pro) is one of the sweetest people I know. Not really seeing a down side...so I'll keep you all updated anyway.

Annnd now I'm done rambling. I hope you all had an amazing Easter! :-) I know I did...but now, unfortunately, time to write more papers, read 5 million chapters, and study ....once again. (booooooo)
