free fax service
Finally found one. They let you send a free fax to 40 countries. You can attach a word/pdf/jpeg file. On the downside, the cover page has their big logo on top. Either way - if you don't have a fax and need to send one, this is the only free option I can think of now.
If you need to receive faxes, I use efax.com Signed up for it 10 years ago, still works - have a US number that forwards faxes to my email.
