Home alone...

As some of you guys know, my friend Amelia has left today for America, she is heading back home to the sunny Arizona and i am sad. She is a lovely girl and we had lots of fun a bit shadowed by the fact that for the past few days she wasn't very well due to her health issues. I took her to the airport, made sure she checked in, sorted out her luggage and hanged around for a bit until the time came for her to board the plane. There were a few tears and promises we will keep in touch and she made a decision: she loved London and she is considering to move here for awhile as she needs a break from her family and all the drama happening back home. We discussed that in detail and i explained to her that moving in a foreign country is not that easy and can be quite expensive too but if she made her mind up we shall support her as much as we can with advice and whatever she needs. She also asked me to thank everybody that she met for being so nice to her and made her feel so welcomed and especially to Howard for letting her stay in our flat.

On a lighter note, my uncle and aunt from Romania arrived to London the other day, staying with my cousins for a few weeks. We have visited them already, food was eaten, drinks were flowing and all in one it was a good time. haven't seen them in 5 years and it was a very emotional meeting, me and my aunt cried our eyes off and remembered all the funny stories since i was a kid.

Tomorrow i am back to work and i hate it. We are running sales and it will be hectic and i don't feel i am ready for it, but things have to be done and i need to get back on track.

I had a great holiday, good fun and lots of memories.Playtime is over!

Long post btw, not like me:P
