been reading a lot of gf food blogs lately. One of my favorites is by a guy who is an organic chemist, so he talks more about food reactions than how pretty it looks. also.......

I FOUND HAROLD MCGEE'S FOOD BLOG
ahhhhh. for those of you unaware, harold mcgee is a chemist who writes about food. He's very famous in the science-food circle. His books sell for about 80 bucks at border's. now i can read his stuff on teh internets instead of forking over a ton of money for his book, which i've been wanting to do.
Also, I decided to move to a small town near Seattle when I graduate. Matt wants to live close to a major city, I want to live by an ocean but not IN the city, this was a good compromise. At least it is on the Sound, if not right next to the ocean Plus the west coast food scene is AMAZING. I think I finally figured out my plan of study: Applied Physics major specializing in and minoring in biology. I wanted to major in bio too, but that would take an extra year, and i want to be done in 5. I'll probably get a master's after moving to Washington. Maybe I can get whomever I work for to pay for it. That would be neat!
