It was  a cold and snowy evening, when a small boy in a pink bunny suit decided to play gossip time with his little friends in his pink-plastered room.  The bunny boy sat on his bed, placing every single one of them in their corresponding places. There was Mr. Puffs, a small yellow bunny placed at the right side of the the bunny boy's bed; Mr. Crafty, a small purple bunny that sat beside Mr. Puffs; Marshmallow, a baby-sized green bunny that sat in front of the bunny boy; StarCookie, an orange huge, chubby bunny that sat at the left side of the bed; and last, but not least, Kyuwiggles, a pink and white baby-size bunny that sat on the lap of the Bunny Boy.

The Bunny Boy giggled as he imagined his friends giggling as well. Mr. Puffs was cuddled against Mr. Crafty, and the Bunny Boy accused them of being a little too lovely with each other. In his own imagination, both bunnies were blushing madly. Throughout the whole afternoon, the Bunny Boy continued to tease their friends, telling them the latest news the spread throughout his school and, so far, the Bunny Boy did not seem bored at all.

Meanwhile the Bunny Boy was enjoying his free time, another boy stood in front of the Bunny Boy's bedroom door. He was sweating, and shaking, as his nervousness started taking over him. He, like the Bunny Boy, was wearing a suit of his own. Not one of a bunny, but one of a baby blue puppy, although he insisted that it was ferocious wolf. His was biting his bottom lip nervously, hesitating whether to intrude into the Bunny Boy's room or not. He could hear the Bunny Boy rambling inside, talking to his friends. Clearing his throat, the held his head high and raised his small fist. The Bunny Boy, however, was to engrossed into his play time that he did not hear the Puppy Wolf Boy's fist pounding against the pink-colored door of his bedroom.

The Puppy Wolf Boy grew impatient, and started pounding his fist a little harder, and faster, this time. Startled by finally listening the loud pound, the Bunny Boy stiffened and stared at the door.

"W-Who is it?" The Bunny Boy stuttered, flinching when he heard a growl coming from the outside.

"It's me! Let me in!" The Puppy Wolf Boy snarled.

The Bunny Boy smiled and hugged Kyuwiggles tight against his small chest. "Why should I?" The Bunny Boy giggled.

"Just let me in!" The Puppy Wolf banged his small fists against the door.

"Not until you tell me why!"

"I'm not telling! Just let me in!"

The Bunny boy giggled some more as he glanced at the clock beside on the midnight table beside his bed. It was already past ten and he knew exactly why  the Puppy Wolf Boy was demanding, as insisted by the Puppy Wolf Boy, and not begging, as the Bunny Boy liked it put it, for permission to enter his room. The Bunny Boy, even though as mean as he wanted to be to the Puppy Wolf Boy, couldn't help but be overtaken by his good nature.

Cradling Kyuwiggles into his small arms, he slid off his bed and skipped to the door. Raising his hand to twist the white doorknob of the door. Once the door opened, the Bunny Boy was greeted by a pair of puffy, red eyes. The Puppy Wolf Boy was biting his quivering bottom lip, refusing to let a sob escape his lips, and rushed inside the room. Sighing softly, the Bunny Boy closed the door and turned to the silently crying boy; who was now laying on the bed with his face nuzzled into one one of the big, fluffy, pink pillows.

"You shouldn't be embarrassed," the Bunny boy said as he flopped next to the Puppy Wolf Boy, "Everyone is scared of something."

"No! Big kids are not afraid of anything!" The Puppy Wolf Boy snarled into the pillow. The Bunny Boy could clearly hear the muffled sobs.

There was a moment of silence before the Bunny Boy sighed again. "Kyu~," He whispered, "You know I'll always be here, right? And Kyuwiggles too! And so Mr. Puffs, Mr.Crafty, Marshmallow and StarCookie! So there's no need to worry!"

Kyuhyun rolled over and faced the Bunny Boy. "But Minnie, you're not afraid. Why am I when you're not?"

"Silly Kyu, remember when I promised to let you sleep in my room ever night?" Kyuhyun could hear the softness of Sungmin's squeaky voice, nodding in reply. "That means I'm here to take care of you. I'm older than you, and my job is protect you!"

"But I'm taller, and stronger," Kyuhyun growled.

"That doesn't mean anything!" A pout formed on the pink, plump lips of Sungmin; being replaced by a cute smile afterwards. "Come here," Sungmin said, widely opening his arms.

Kyuhyun couldn't resist the cute smile of Sungmin and sat up, engulfing the smaller boy in a tight embrace. Both hugged each other tightly, and Sungmin turned to face the taller boy.

"I Wuv Chu," He squeaked, kissing Kyuhyun's cheek. Kyuhyun blushed softly, whispering an I love you back to the other, before giving him a kiss of his own. The difference, however, was that this time it was on the lips.

Both little boys did not know the consequences of their small, fluffy acts; and so they shared things that no other friends did. Kyuhyun was used the small kisses Sungmin gave him, and vice versa. In their minds, those small pecks and kisses meant that they cared for each other deeply. Sungmin's older brother had told him so. Kisses on the cheek meant that they cared for one another, but kisses on the lips meant much more. Love.

Sungmin was sure that he loved Kyuhyun, more than his own family. Even if he was ten years old and the other eight years old. Kyuhyun felt the same towards him either way. They had met in a cold, snowy night like that same one. Kyuhyun's older brother had taken him to a musical,  a musical in which Sungmin was part of. They met backstage, when they found out their brother were very good friends. Kyuhyun couldn't take his eyes off of the small boy clad in a pink bunny outfit - the same he was wearing at that same moment.

Later, they became the best of friends. Telling each other everything, from small gossip tales to their deepest secrets. One of those secrets, though, was that Kyuhyun was terrified of the dark - and also loneliness. While alone, he suffered anxiety attacks, while in the dark he cried endlessly. This was something only Sungmin knew, not his older brother, neither his parents. Only the young Pink Bunny Boy.

Sungmin swore the first day he saw Kyuhyun aiding for his attention that he'd always protect him, not matter what. He loved the Puppy Wolf Boy more than anything in his life, and he felt happy that the other reciprocated his feelings.

"Let's go to sleep, Kyu~Puppy!" Sungmin said in a sing~song voice.

"No, I want to stay up with you," the other pouted, nuzzling his face into Sungmin's neck; causing the latter to giggle.

"C'mon, we've got to wake up early tomorrow! Big Brothers asked us to help with the Christmas decorations, and don't you want to help too? They say that if we help, Santa will bring us presents!" Sungmin whined into Kyuhyun's chest.

"But Bunny, I don't want any presents," Kyuhyun whispered.

"What?" Sungmin was taken aback by Kyuhyun's confession. "Why not? You told me this was your favorite time of the year!"

"Yes, because my parents always end up going on vacation and I get to spend time with you…"

"Eh? What are you talking about? I thought it was because of the presents!"

"Bunny~" the other yawned, "Shut up, I'm sleepy." Kyuhyun laid back on the comfy bed, taking with him the Bunny Boy.

"But didn't you say you weren't sleepy? Decide already!" Sungmin huffed, crossing his arms as he stared at the Puppy Wolf Boy.

"You want presents, so let's be good boys and let Santa give you presents," Kyuhyun said in a low voice.

"What about you?" Sungmin yawned, his sleepiness catching up to him as he saw Kyuhyun's sleepy eyes.

"I already have mine," Kyuhyun pecked Sungmin's pouting lips, giving him the most sincere smile. Sungmin blushed slightly, and another giggle erupted from his throat for the millionth time that day.

"Then can you be my present too?"
