Happy Birthday to Meeeeeeeeee!
It's my birthday today and I've had a great weekend. Went to dinner Friday and Saturday night, then today went to a golf driving range for the first time. It was sooo fun, we are planning to go back often.
I really sucked to begin with, I missed the ball several times, and when I did manage to hit it, it went rolling across the grass. Yeah, I am sooo not Tiger Woods material, heee. I did manage to hit a few great shots so I think with a bit more practice, and refining my swing routine I should be okay. I'd love to take lessons though! I think I will, for the new year.
Nadia was quite funny. A couple of times, she managed to hit the pole beside her and aimed straight for me. A little more left and the ball would have hit me.
I got a blister which hurt like a friggin so I went and bought myself a glove. Already, after my first time at the range. I couldnt help it, I just got really excited about playing golf.
Nice weekend, spent a lot of money! I got a garfield bag from my friend, a garfield keyring and an ugly garfield face towel, heh. I loooove him.
I'm tired though so might go zzzzzzzzz soon.
