Wow, I haven't updated this thing in so long. Errr, Happy New Year, lol.
Not much happening as usual. I've recently gotten into The Sopranos because my brother has been bringing the dvd sets home. I'm not sure if they are his or if they belong to a friend but it's a great show.
There have been some really disturbing scenes, and some that have made me cry. Definitely a show worth seeing if you haven't already.
Speaking of television shows, I am OBSESSED with The L Word. I haven't been so into a show since Xena and The X-Files a few years back. Of course, this has much to do with Bette and Tina who I absolutely adore. Damn Bette and her cheating whore ways!
Recently Showtime premiered a sneak peak of season two and I cannot wait to see Bette trying to win Tina back, and her jealousy when she sees Helena (who I find rather stunning) all over her beloved Tina. Well, that's what you get when you go with carpenters when you're not supposed to!
Angst angst everywhere! And as much as I love Bette and Tina, I look forward to Tina and Helena getting it on. During the "All L Breaks Loose" clip, there was a two second glimpse of a pool scene between Helena and Tina which I think will get the fandom all hot and bothered.
Tina is my woman (vitalise drools for an hour) so I don't mind her sexing it up all over the place with Helena (oh my, that accent) while Bette finds her right mind.
Argh, can't wait! Channel 7 better not keep us fans waiting for too long!
Let's see, what else has been happening. Well, I went to the casino a few days ago with my best friend and her boyfriend. I didn't win anything of course. I played Roulette for the first time ever and won on my first go, to only lose everything five minutes later, heh.
Suffice to say I am not very good.
The Australian Open is coming down to a close. Serena Williams won. Eh, not a fan, would have preferred Lindsay Davenport to win. Tomorrow, its Marat Safin (who has been added to my husband list because I find him really sexy) up against Lleyton "COME ONNNNNNN!" Hewitt.
Hewitt is a tosspot, and though I should barrack for my fellow Australian, I'll be cheering on Safin. He is so hot! Ahem.
I just want the tennis and cricket to end because that means footy is back. Nothing beats football.
Anyhooo, my rambling shall end here.
