So we got my dad a sky diving gift certificate for his birthday. We thought he would love it, since he's kinda an adrenalin junkie...
Turns out the one thing he said he would never do in life: sky dive...
Great... you know, if you have some big fear like that, you would think you would mention it at some point! Also, the whole wanting to paraglide thing is a mixed message! *lol* oh well... we'll figure something out!
Anyways... we ent out to dinner tonight, which was wonderful, and then went to a coffee house and met some friends. It was open mic night, and the people were fantastic. This was one of the guys there, he sang the "on the porch" song, which was really funny, and well done. Sounds much better live :)
