Usually, the majority of stuff I see on dA is horrible and ends up here... but today, most of it was marginally bad and not bad enough to be an amusing fuck. Is dA getting better? Am I becoming immune to dA fuckery?

Anyone doing the "noseband" again should be hung. Seriously, just NO! If I got a penny everytime somebody ties a piece of cloth around their nose, claiming to be "totally vee kay", I'd be swimming in millions... Please, for the love of Reita, just don't, okay.
#5 and 6 made me cringe. Painting your face white and drawing stripes on it - really clever. Do you sense the irony?

These was a clip on youtube called "top 10 vk fuckups" or something like that. People should take it as a bible of what NOT to do if they want to go all "omgimsovknowigotanoseband!". If I remember it correctly, the noseband was rule #1 :D

Yeah, but he's worn it since the beginning (not the early start, though, where he didn't wear the noseband but looked odd in those clothes he was wearing). I think people are all used to that, and don't even give it a second glance. It's a normal thing :D
Hmm, I heard something that the drummer of Aliene Ma'riage also wore a noseband. I haven't seen pictures of that, though. But it was a rumor, so... *shrugs*

The noseband has been around long before Reita started wearing it. I don't know who Aliene's support drummer was, but I know You-ya from La'Mule, Shizuru from Madeth Gray'll, Shizuki from the Piass, and Geki from Marry+an+Blood all wore nosebands here and there during the late 90s... but it wasn't really their "thing" like it was with Reita since they only did it once or twice.

Also Dir en grey's Toshiya used a noseband during a live in the Macabre era. But Reita does it alot and it's his trademark and sadly people who can't pull it off do the same. >_< WRYYYYYYYY?!

They're my 2nd favourite j-rock band, after Dir en grey :) I had got a lot of their music about 8 years ago, so it's been a while!! I never found an album of theirs to buy though, guess it comes with being an indie band. Oh well!

I have the "clock" albumn [ the name of which I dont remember but you know, the only that came with the paper clock] that I'm MAYBE considering selling. I know for a fact I want to sell all my other jrock cds, but that one I may not be able to part with.

and yeah I remember being a jrock fan in 2001 telling people about Aliene M'araige. ah, the vee-golden oldies.....

I'm quite familiar with Aliene Ma'riage (and like... tons of other old vk bands) but I'm just not particularly fond of them.
