I made 3 batches of muffins, plus some squares yesterday.
these muffins are amazingly good, and now I need to either make them over and over again or find more uses for sundried tomatoes.
The top of my microwave is covered in plates of baking and it makes me happy every time I glance in that direction.
Plus, thanks to Julian's parents we now own a panini press, many vanilla candles, and real art in the form of a watercolour painting.
