I had the gang over for dinner tonight and we played Cranium. First night that Burgess' parents were here and they stayed up past 10pm, god bless my friends. Jenn, Mel, Karin and Rob are fabulous. To be honest I think I am particularly blessed in the friends department. I have friends in a lot of provinces now that I think about it, obviously

ooh! i second that fantasy road trip! come visit me! (well, some day, though i know you'd LOVE toronto.) oh honey, when are you going back to vancouver? i find it hard to believe that we won't be able to coordinate something--i'll be there from dec.20th to jan.7th (it's the only thing sustaining me at this point: must...finish...papers...must...go...home!)

i always feel connected to you too. and i realised this week how true it is that, even when you don't see/talk with someone for months, you can pick right back where you left and feel as though nothing has changed. it's comforting, that no matter where we go in life we'll always be able to keep the special people we love. and i love you vista :)

Well then we will have to make those few days in the new year stretch as much as we can :) I really want to go on a road trip with you guys, even it it is just a day or two, just spend some quality time together!
