Why do things that should not bother me, bother me? I know I have no good reason for said things to bother me, but they are playing on repeat in my brain, just irking the crap out of me.

It's depressing. Especially when I know there is no good reason for me to be bothered. Maybe a couple of not so good reasons, but no good ones.
