I'm such a bad journal writer...It's been weeks since I updated, I think. Too busy to write down all the things that happen to me. I guess first things first, Joe and I are "together." It's sort of open though, hence the quotation marks. We're not going out, per se...but we acknowledge the fact that we love each other, and could very well have a relationship at some point in time. So, that makes me happy, because I can deal with that. Honestly, everything is going so well right now. I've gotten over my voice issues that I've been having, partially by resting up, and also by taking better care of myself...more sleep, more water, all that good stuff. Vocal Jazz had a concert Friday night, and it was O-mazing. Lady Be Good (our crazy fast, intensely difficult song) came off pretty much perfectly, and I could actually sing, which was becoming an issue earlier in the week.
Halloween weekend was amazing, as well. Went down to see Joe for the first time in 7 months, saw RENT...second row baby. We payed 20 dollars for our tickets because we won the lottery...mmm hmmmmm!! Lots of fun wandering around the city: Central Park, Times Square, being urban explorers, haha. I miss him...he might be coming up the weekend after thanksgiving break...I hope so! I want hugs :-). But that Sunday night when I returned, there was a Halloween party up in the Circles, which I went to in my Masquerade garb, seeing as how I didn't have anything else. It was much fun, and I was one of the only ones who hadn't comsumed an alcoholic beverage...it almost was like I was drunk though, with all of the crazy things that I was doing, haha...I touched tongues with a girl, and the guy I used to like, haha. It was slightly weird, that. Then I was using my superior height to take pictures of girl's cleavage. Don't even ask. It was incredibly funny though. This week has been hectic and bad, but now it's good, heh heh. Concert in about 2 hours. It shall be kick ass :-)...Not much else to say, I think. Oh, new lj icon...I needed something that wasn't based on a tv show for once. Controlled passion, is what I was aiming for :-)
