1.Title: Cephas
Rating: PG13
Word count: 578
Summary: A relentlessly sappy and at the same time bitter sweet little moment set during "Into Asylum". Because Peter seriously did need a hug.
Warnings: A moment featuring a slash pairing embracing in a Catholic church written by a lapsed Catholic so...about what you'd expect from that.
Disclaimer: Not mine in the least.
Author's Notes: So I was having a dry spell in terms of inspiration, which sent me diving through challenge/prompt communities, the most helpful of which was 10_quotes. Which features quotes from the AFI's top 100 films and encourages people to pick ten of them to write fics around. Which I have now done. The quote in question for this piece is from On the Waterfront and is: "What kind of saint hides in a church?" So there we are. Also forgive me for my bit of pretentious fic titling. I'm lame sometimes.

2. Title: Seven Years Gone.
Rating: PG13
Word count: 427
Summary: Established relationship domesticity fic. Yeah. I dunno.
Warnings: Mmm...sappiness.
Disclaimer: Not mine in the least.
Author's Notes: For 10_quotes, based on the quote, "There's nothing tragic about being fifty. Not unless you're trying to be twenty-five," which is from Sunset Boulevard.

3. Title: Vital Sign
Rating: PG
Word count: 520
Summary: Yet another "Claude's thoughts on Peter, back during S1" deal, and only about two years too late. Really just about gen, to be honest.
Warnings: Nothing I can think of. Gratuitous amounts of semantics, that's it.
Disclaimer: Not mine in the least.
Author's Notes: For 10_quotes, based on the quote, "’More human than human' is our motto," which is from Blade Runner.

4. Title: The Life We Chose
Rating: PG
Word count: 1108
Summary: Reunion fic that manages to be damn near gen.
Warnings: Nothing I can think of.
Disclaimer: Not mine in the least.
Author's Notes: For 10_quotes, based on the quote, "Let me tell you something my friend. Hope is a dangerous thing. Hope can drive a man insane," which is from The Shawshank Redemption.

5. Title: Raise a Glass or Two
Rating: PG13
Word count: 575
Summary: Reunion fic, part II. There is a conversation and light innuendo and more awkwardness. Yay.
Warnings: Nothing I can think of.
Disclaimer: Not mine in the least.
Author's Notes: For 10_quotes, based on the quote, "Is there any place you *don't* smoke?", which is from All the President's Men. Sequel to The Life We Chose.

6. Title: Older But No Wiser
Rating: PG13
Word count: 517
Summary: Reunion fic, part III. Continuing awkwardness and an ending no one's going to like.
Warnings: Nothing I can think of.
Disclaimer: Not mine in the least.
Author's Notes: For 10_quotes, based on the quote, "I always gagged on the silver spoon.", which is from Citizen Kane. Preceded by The Life We Chose and Raise a Glass or Two.

7. Title: Reflection
Rating: PG13
Word count: 1091
Summary: Peter gets some sympathy from an unexpected source.
Warnings: Nothing I can think of.
Disclaimer: Not mine in the least.
Author's Notes: For 10_quotes, based on the quote, "We're always quickest to doubt people who have a reputation for being honest," which is from Psycho. Preceded by The Life We Chose, Raise a Glass or Two, and Older But No Wiser.

8. Title: Starry Notions
Rating: PG13
Word count: 539
Summary: Some progress is made and a happy relationship is shown.
Warnings: Nothing I can think of.
Disclaimer: Not mine in the least.
Author's Notes: For 10_quotes, based on the quote, "What's a tennis racket doing in the kitchen?" - "Tennis racket? Oh, I remember, I was cooking myself an Italian dinner. I use it to strain the spaghetti," which is from The Apartment. Preceded by The Life We Chose, Raise a Glass or Two, Older But No Wiser and Reflection.

(8b). Title: The Day
Rating: PG13
Word count: 860
Summary: The boys finally get over themselves and I am no longer tempted to kill off both of them. I really shouldn't bother asking if you all want a porn chapter, should I?
Warnings: Nothing I can think of.
Disclaimer: Not mine in the least.
Author's Notes: Preceded by The Life We Chose, Raise a Glass or Two, Older But No Wiser, Reflection, and Starry Notions.
