Ma'am,

Next time, just order the regular steak. There is no reason on Earth to spend the extra money on the fillet and then have it cooked "very well." If you are going to have them cook it down to leather anyway, just start with the cheap stuff. You'll never know the difference, and, over time, you'll be able to buy an extra pair of shoes or something.
