Strength and Conditioning - Everyday, no questions asked, you should be doing at least 100 crunches and 40 regular pushups and 25 wide base pushups. This is the minimum amount, so obviously do as many as you can, but no less than the totals above. Doing these exercises twice a day is preferred. I would recommend doing this in the morning when you wakeup and then again right before bed. We will do strength and conditioning together next camp. Really push your workout into overdrive between now and move in, you will appreciate it come spring training and it is crucial to the success of the Corps.
