It's not really pointing at China. It's more on China. It seems as though as the cannon is China's. But that's just my interpretation. I could be wrong.
Well, true. But it's pointing towards the eastern China parts. And towards the actual country name. I dunno, maybe it's suggesting a civil war is about to happen?
