fun

i heard an interesting conversation between my roommate, julie, and jamal. she was complaining that she had no idea what to do with her life and asked for his opinion. he asked what is fun for her, and told her to find a job that she would have fun doing...later while reading certain live journal posts i realized that people's ideas of fun are relative. while i may think what other people do is lame and vice versa, i think it is unfair to judge. however i do think that friends should have similar ideas of a good time.

more of a typical visa post: i spent too much time last night and this morning trying to find adam brody (seth from the o.c. for all you uncultured folk) on friendster. plato's closet gave me money for my old clothes so i can go buy yet another pair of black flats tomorrow.

author's note: this live journal account initially began because my true friends wanted me to see what my not so true friends were writing about me. so by inadvertently talking about someone else, i feel like a hypocrite. oh well, guess i'm, a hypocrite. make that a stupid, typical hypocrite.

author's note #2: i read this post out loud to jamal. he said, "why don't you just say (name), i don't get you. it's not that i don't like you, i just don't get you...you say there is no other person you'd rather hang out with, so what does it matter if i hang out with you or not...stop talking shit about me because i know you're talking shit about me..." (stella, i'll tell you the "...." later) i don't have the balls to say that myself but by including this severely edited quote i can kind of say it but then blame it on jamal if confronted by anyone. so don't confront me. i'll just blame it on jamal.
