Hey people! I am back!
Excavation was dreaming for two weeks and while I was aboard the ship I was cursing for leaving the island! Two weeks passed faster than I could imagine.
Hard work was plenty but the fan we made while digging was priceless. Lots and lots of findings small treasures brought to light, a hot sun upon our backs and a deep blue sea all around. A hellish heaven. And the temple of Apollo and Artemis the siblings just under our feet.
It was so beautiful. What you can see and what you can only imagine. Buildings of different periods, medival walls upon archaich walls, small cotages where once was the main room of the temple, history upon history. And the most interesting part was the whole mistery of this place. A temple never mentioned in any source or inscription.
Antiparos was a cult island. After work we had our fun in "Smile" bar for a drink and some music.
I really wish I could stay longer but my exam period starts next week! July is my cursed month!
