^_^ seems like the battle is not over after all
c221 starts with falco being in the present world getting his coffee and commenting on the possibility that kogarasumaru is not ready and will be in about 2-3 years. as he is thinking abt the day when he lost it all along with his ex-SF mates, he begins to wonder why kogarasumaru hasnt woken up yet... after a further-injury reaction from ikki, he realised that kogarasumaru is still connected and a forced disconnection would damage their brain system
as we're shown scenes in the virtual world, rika is being attacked (rather, stripped) by onigiri, with falco amazed at the strength of the technique shadow. falco's return was welcomed harshly with kiriku and sora who asked him where he went considering the battle aint over yet and kiriku said it was not within his prediction that kogarasumaru has such a "hidden ball" (onigiri)... anyway, ikki said that it was also just as he had thought that rika was the panther and this can be proved when kiriku and sora attacked agito, since both of them did not reach out for the balloon. at this point ex-SF said that that (revealing who their panther is) didnt matter anymore if kogarasumaru is their opponent.
back to the battle, it is 6.5 mins after agito was taken down and since then onigiri has used a "run" that exceeds the limit to chase+prevent rika from getting the balloon. his strength/skill/power-up was explained because apparently, onigiri's first love was rika and he saw her changing once just as he was leaving ikki's house (obviously, he's doing something in the background while hiding which i'll leave to ur imagination ) (oh, and the others didnt know abt this happenign btw)
seeing their determination, falco said that it was his miss to judge kogarasumaru that early and that the team still believes on their friend (agito) who hasnt returned yet. akito, who awakened first, then asked nakayama to hurry and since they are running out of time... as a bewildered/anxious/worried nakayama asked him what she could do to help, a weak akito tells her that he will leave agito's tuning to her and asked her hence to complete his fang!!
For the revival of agito, nakayama urgently enters the battle!?

so thats what they meant by completing the fang... dun worry, i dun think its anything to do with the regalia... its just tuning and since that is what agito is lacking rite now, his "fang" is not complete its not as if his regalia is broken/incomplete or anything like that
and considering falco mentioned that he believes in kogarasumaru, i think its safe to say that falco did not really put any neuro-toxin in their body rite? besides its been 6.5mins after agito has been taken down and considering the time that has past before that (nakayama time counter in the last few chapters) i think they are already past the 10mins "safe" point placed by falco anyway

maybe its because agito's underwear did get torn up and what he's wearing atm is nakayama's since she had to cover what is left of his pride/integrity?
