Thursdays are still hard, and mine's only just begun.
I woke up feeling a little sick this morning, and decided I'd give myself some extra time to sleep it off. It payed off, but now I'm wishing I had my time back.
I told myself that today is the day I would print off my selected clips, gussy myself up in professional attire, and stroll into Tiger Oak Publications and land myself an internship with a great company. I have the cardstock, I really kicked up my resume last night before I went to bed, and I had all my clips selected. I got everything ready to go, just to print and run... and I'm out of ink. I haven't used my printer all semester, and now, when I really need it it's out. Go figure.
Furthermore, my PDF files? My published clips? Yeah, those still aren't opening.
*sigh* Well, I guess it's off to Kinkos for me.
I can't decide if this is one of those "if you really want it, work for it and you'll get it" situations, or if it's just doomed and the universe is trying to send me signs.
