I got the morning off because I pinched a nerve in my back yesterday. I woke up at 7 and almost screamed. It took me five minutes to roll from my right side onto my back this morning. I don't even know how long it took me to get up. As long as I keep my back perfectly straight, its fine. Maybe I should investigate a corset, because OW.
