Squeeze up all your muscles from your waist.. almost like flexing but more.. fist clenching/eyes closed tight/pushing your heart out of your throat and make it really tight.. like.. when you're really pissed and you're like FAAAAAK! but way more squeezed up. (sorry, this is hard to explain but I'll take pictures if you don't share em <3) and hold it for like 5 seconds... and keep doing this.. it instantly makes you feel better.. even though you may look stupid doing it in front of people.(not suggested) you may have to do it a few times if you're REALLY pissed. As strange as this sounds, it does work.
