Me: CareerBuilder how can I help you?
Angry Man (AM): Why is my account on Hold?
Me: Let me get your email address please and I'll find out for you.
AM: Blah@blah.com
Me: Ah, I see there was no company telephone number listed on the account, so if you can provide that for me I'll get your job up and running.
AM: WHAT? MY JOB HASN'T BEEN UP ALL THIS TIME?! WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME?! RAWR!!
Me: I'm sorry about that sir, but since we didn't have a phone number listed for you, we could not call you. An email was sent to blah@blah.com.
AM: NO PHONE NUMBER?! Wha... Oh. That makes sense then. It's 555-555-5555...

*sigh*
