The worst case scenario game...

Historically, it's been an oral tradition, innately passed down from generation to generation, propogating fear and doubt of the unknown.

The "Worst Case Scenario Game"!

This is the game where you voluntarily sit there and freak yourself out to no end. To play, simply envision those scenarios which are unquestionably worse than you dropping dead on the spot -- you'll be surprised by how many there are! If I'm not mistaken they've made some books based off the concept.

I'm going to meet Ana's family tomorrow, and so I decided to play the game. By far the best I could come up with was, "Ana, dump this guy or we will disown you."

Now, disownment isn't so bad of its own right. Sure, all your enemies would alter their taunts from the familiar, "Oh, snap! You got pwned!" to the more horrific, "Haha! You got dispwned!" However, once you put aside the intense emotional trauma you'd stuffer and your now unwavering sense of abandonment, I would imagine you'd get a lot more financial aid -- seeing as how you're not making any significant income as a college student. There's also a forced sense of independence knowing you can never viably go home again, which might be a mixed bag of sorts.

Ana, please keep it in mind.
