(no subject)
finished savannah's hat last night and it turned out really well. got lost in the pattern a couple times and had to undo several rows but was able to figure out where i made the mistake and fix it with minimal swearing. it was my first time to attempt lace knitting, and i doubt that i'll be making anything bigger than a preemie hat anytime soon.
had yet another doctor's appointment today -- just a normal ob week check up. i've gained three pounds (in two weeks!) and turtle is active and kicking around. can't believe i'm already almost 34 weeks. after our next appointment we have to start going every week. this and the classes combined are starting to make my impending motherhood incredibly real. is it true? am i really going to have a baby? oh dear.
the bear and i are going to see indiana jones tonight. it's playing at the kabuki, so we're sitting up in the balcony. i'm very excited.
