two week bedrest anniversary
happy earth day! and happy 14th day of bedrest to me. haven't killed anyone yet and, as of now, don't appear to be suffering from inactivity induced psychosis.
my headache has gone away with the advent of the rain. i guess the sun going down cooled the air enough to let it start. my pea plants are already looking a bit more perky.
that's right: knitting projects!
the first is a garter stitch wrap top knit in bunny hop. very soft, textured and washable.
the second is a hat that i knit in one day, also in bunny hop.
the third is a pair of socks that i made when i was home after surgery. just now got around to weaving all the ends in and tweaking the heel -- some of the stitches were looser than i would like.
i'm disappointed in the picture quality. i'd really like to get a new camera before turtle's arrival, but there's so many other things that we need for actual baby care. perhaps for christmas i'll get my nikon.
