I finished my Christmas cards this evening and put them in a local mailbox to be picked up tomorrow. I doubt they'll reach anyone by Christmas, but at least they'll be Christmas-adjacent.
Put my tree up but haven't lit or decorated it yet. I bought it as a pre-lit six years ago, but this is as much of those lights that still work now:
When the lights of the top piece died a few years ago, I went bulb by bulb looking for the problem but all I got were cuts and gouges on my fingers and no satisfaction, so now I just add new strings of lights. (Plus, my two strings of antique flower lights.)
I have a dental appointment tomorrow. For 2:30 pm, 8 miles away. The Friday before Christmas. I'm not looking forward to the travel, but they had no appointments open next week. Because my teeth hate me, and I hate myself.
