My Actually Mundane Life
Sunday I wiped myself out. After a night of not sleeping well, I woke up ay 10 a.m. so my father could help me haul my laundry to and from the laundromat a bit, then I took apart and moved 40% of my bedroom so we could get in to close up my air conditioner inside the wall. Maneuvering the machine out to get the exterior hatch on and then back into the wall is hard, and then screwing the plate onto the interior wall to seal it is always more difficult than it should be due to said plate being warped. One person has to hold the plate down while the other works the screws in. Then I cleaned, dusted, and swept before putting my room back together. Then I put my laundry away. Then I changed the sheets on my bed, which is sadly more difficult for me than it is for most well-abled people. It probably doesn't help that I'm getting old either.
