Rising and Falling
I'm still doing fic writing, but my inspiration is all over the place and not completing any one thing.

After a lot of phone calls and finagling on my part and my dentist's part, as well as me nearly having to do a fair hearing with Medicaid, I got an approval on Medicaid for a post and crown for that right bottom tooth. (Despite a lot of effort, I'm no closer to getting an endodontist for the left bottom molar.) Friday I had the post and a temporary tooth put in, to be followed by a permanent crown in two weeks. There's a place on Grand Avenue that has a placard saying they 3-D print and mill a permanent porcelain crown in about an hour, no temporary or further waiting necessary, but that's not in my range.
My post and temporary procedure took about an hour and a half, with a dentist and assistant who made me nervous with how uncertain they were about things, especially the assistant. My neck and back are still hurting a bit today from being contorted and pressed into the chair for all that time.
I was jonesing for a Popeye's buttermilk biscuit as a reward for my troubles, but when I went there at about 10 pm Friday night they didn't have any. At least they gave me another chicken breast to somewhat make up for it.

Pokémon Go has done some upgrade to their visuals lately. Before, there was night and day and some weather effects like rain or snow or wind, but now the game also shows gradations of sunrise and sunset as the day passes. Here are some gradual shifts of the sun rising:
